We’re honoured to have provided the English translation for the tenth edition of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service’s Yearbook – our sixth collaboration on the publication since 2019.

This year’s report explores critical topics, including Russia’s military reforms, advancements in drone technology, nuclear threats, sabotage operations and intelligence activities. It also examines China-Russia relations and Chinese narratives on the war in Ukraine.
